No one has ever told me that the missionary position (man on top of woman) was their favourite. Why not try something new? While it is true that variety is the spice of life, it’s also the spice of your love life. Get out of that ho-hum routine or rut you’re in. Even if your sex-life is great, variety will improve it. Imagine how excited your partner would be if you started to explore more, try new things and look for new ways to fulfill yourself. The first thing I suggest is to look at your lifestyle and what you like to do. Are you a risk-taker and a bit Adventurous? Perhaps you’re into rock climbing, cliff jumping or skydiving. Are you more Reserved, quiet and shy? Perhaps a good erotic book, candles and soft music is your idea of a good time. Or maybe you’re more of an Explorer where caving and scuba diving appeals to you. Perhaps you’re a relaxed and casual person who enjoys comfort. Whatever category you fall into, find a sexual lifestyle that reflects where your life passions are.

Try adding candles, silk or satin sheets, fluffy pillows or other items that are soft and sensual. Many romantics enjoy positions where you can look into your lover’s eyes.
