ANSWERS TO YOUR COACHING QUESTIONS

Here are answers to some of the more common questions we are asked. They are sorted by category. PLEASE email us if you have a question you feel would be useful to have answered here – it will be updated for you regularly!

Do you have a Coaching guarantee?
While we can’t guarantee results for you, since it’s you who has to implement any changes, we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee for our contract clients. If you aren’t happy with our service or you feel you aren’t receiving genuine value for your money, then you can cancel your contract with no questions asked!

Can I receive coaching if I don’t live in Nanaimo, BC?
Absolutely! In fact most Lioness clients are served over the telephone so you can live anywhere in the world where there is telephone service. With the improvements in modern technology, you can even use the internet to get free long distance. Our policy is that it’s the client’s responsibility to telephone the coach for each session.

Can I receive coaching if I don’t live in Canada?
Absolutely! See answer above.

How do I receive one-on-one coaching in person?
We currently have Coaches in Nanaimo and Vancouver, BC so, if a suitable match is found for you, then you are welcome to make arrangements with the Coach to meet in person. Travel charges may apply if they travel to you. We’ve had tremendous success with telephone coaching so a combination of in-person and telephone coaching may work for you as well. We also offer an online coaching service for shorter term requirements.
