You Can be the Sexy Star Of Your Bedroom

With Oscar buzz in the air, what the stars are doing and wearing is all over the media. Wouldn’t it be great to be a sexy star in your own bedroom?

There are simple things you can do to get your erotic energy moving so you shine like a star where it counts – with your partner.

These 5 tips will boost your star power in the boudoir:

  1. Shower together at least once a week – even if you have kids at home. Show affection openly in front of family, friends and especially your kids. They should see that being married is fun!
  2. Dig out a sexy piece of lingerie from the back of the drawer or go and buy some lovely PJs to wear to bed and wear them for a whole month and see how different you feel!
  3. Have at least one or two sensual baths every week. Add candles, soothing music, oils, something tasty to drink and a romance novel to read. Remind yourself of your sensuality and remember you are a woman before you are anything else (such as mom, teacher, boss, wife, etc.)
  4. Wear something daring and sexy underneath your everyday clothes or suit. Imagine how fun it will feel knowing you have this sexy secret. Email or call your sweetie to let them know too!
  5. 10 second kiss. Like you really mean it and be present and put your whole body into it.

I do offer complimentary consultations and am offering a free ‘couples only’ workshop on March 6 2011 at 2 pm at Nanaimo’s West Coast Women’s Show at Beban Park to help you get back on the same page as your lover.
