- Shower together at least once a week – even if you have kids at home. Show affection openly in front of family, friends and especially your kids. They should see that being married is fun!
- Dig out a sexy piece of lingerie from the back of the drawer or go and buy some lovely PJs to wear to bed and wear them for a whole month and see how different you feel!
- Have at least one or two sensual baths every week. Add candles, soothing music, oils, something tasty to drink and a romance novel to read. Remind yourself of your sensuality and remember you are a woman before you are anything else (such as mom, teacher, boss, wife, etc.)
