Let’s explore how you feel right now. Take a minute to rate your confidence in the bedroom, with 1 being so little confidence that you avoid sex at all costs and 10 being that you feel as hot and sexy as Cher looks.
Surprised by your rating? Even if it’s high, do you want to increase that number? Start by first acknowledging that you want to improve this area of your life! Simply putting yourself on notice can make a difference in how you look at your sensual side. Be aware of the things you do that are sensual and give you a boost of sexual self-confidence. Make a commitment to yourself to increase that number. Wouldn’t it be amazing to have higher sexual self-confidence by Valentine’s Day?
